If you're in one of these areas, contact us to place your order and we'll confirm the delivery cost first. A few other remote locations may also carry a surcharge; if that applies to an online order, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can either continue or cancel for a full refund.

Your firewood arrives securely on a pallet by tail-lift lorry and is unloaded at the kerbside using a pallet truck. Pallet trucks need a firm, level surface, so they can't travel over gravel, grass or soft ground. If access to your home is a little tricky, get in touch before ordering and we'll happily help you work out what to expect.

Our delivery lorries are large, so they need safe road access and a firm, level place to unload. Pallet trucks can’t travel over gravel, grass, soft ground, slopes or steps.
